But keep in mind, he is delaying not because he is lazy, but because he is thinking about it in a way that few people can. Ask him instead to share his thoughts with you, he may have picked up on some flaws in the deal that everyone else feels is perfect. He will not want to rock the boat, so he may just step aside and let you drive your bulldozer towards the cliff. If you have a new project that needs truckloads of imagination and creativity, Aquarius is the one you can hand it to.
